The first call to action in curbing the spread of the infection is isolation or quarantine. A new term- social distancing is now the main deal. Countries the world over went into partial or total lockdown. The UAE, where I live in went into partial lockdown. At first, the severity of the situation didn't hit home for me until Dubai went into full lockdown. With movement restricted except shopping for grocery and medicine only for limited time with Police permit. Staying indoors hasn't been a palatable experience. I'm an ambivert so I do well staying indoors or outdoor which ever way I find myself. But the extended stay indoors with no where
