HOME MADE TEETH WHITENING


   Do you have coloured teeth and you would like to make it whiter?Here is a home made teeth whitening recipe. You can use baking soda to whiten your teeth and also remove permanent stains and plaque from your teeth.All you need to do is follow the instructions below.


 Ingredients :
 Baking soda- 5 tablespoon
 Lemon juice (from fresh lemon) -2 tablespoon
 Salt-1 tablespoon


 Mix the above items to make a paste. Using  a cotton ball ,apply paste to the teeth and allow to stay for 5minutes.Do this everyday for 2weeks and watch your teeth getting whiter. Alternatively, you can use it as toothpaste as it is more effective in whitening your teeth than the regular over the counter toothpaste .Store any left over in the fridge.The lemon juice and salt will help to eliminate any bacteria in the mouth.This mixture removes bad odour,kills bacteria and whitens the teeth.
