Dubai is renowned for some of the most luxurious spa experiences. This weekend I felt I needed a little TLC. I wanted something simple and affordable. It's always important to take time out to give yourself some TLC. Usually, I like to get a spa experience at least once or twice in a month. This can help with mental clarity, promote a sense of tranquility, calmness, reduce stress, improve the body's circulation, improve your skin and sustain your health.


I got a really good deal from Groupon at Dreamworks Spa in Marina. The spa has two separate sections for male and female customers. They have a range of treatments and therapy that include massages, facials, etc. The interior of the spa is well decorated and serene. The staff were welcoming and professional. They are a holistic center geared towards wellness. They have a couple spa centers around the UAE.

Yesterday a friend invited me to hang out and he wanted me to see this little cozy colourful place called Projecto Acai, in Marina.  It's an acai based food outlet where they mostly served healthy meals.
